Skills Development TRAINING AND SKILLS Cosylva is encouraging the internship supervisor process in order to facilitate the transmission of know-how between generations.
Every year, Cosylva is proposing training courses to the staff in accordance to their job. In year 2009, each employee received an average of 11 training hours, i.e. an increase by 45% in 5 years.
Cosylva is actively involved in developing timber skills with the training or the reception of different levels trainees , and vocational training certificate to engineer.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT - INNOVATION
Committed to be in continuous improvement since year 2004 with the ISO 9001 certification, and in close collaboration with the French timber technical centre , the FCBA, as well as with other technological entities, Cosylva is also participating to the development of the innovation in the timber processing industry.
