Cosylva is creating long-term jobs

At the end of year 2009, Cosylva was employing 80 persons. During the four last years, company’s staff has increased by 25%.

From 2006, Cosylva has created 8 long-term jobs and 98.6 % of the workforce is employed with long-term contracts. Women represents an average of 25% of the executive and office staff.

The Company is ensuring the manpower health and safety on the sites.

Cosylva has a priority target : zero accident rate for the staff, the temporary workers and the external companies.

During five years, Cosylva has committed itself to decrease significantly the frequency rate of accidents ( less 77% from 285 to 55% in year 2008) and gravity rate( less 85% from 4.36 to 0.66 ( ?? unité) in year 2008).

Every employee has his own record for the exposition to timber dusts , in accordance with the French Occupational Medicine Services.
